You guys made our stay special. Guest house with a garden. We liked to chill in the nearby Byrnes Irish Pub. The host is wonderful! Rooms are very clean.

Unfortunately, the street was noisy.

Not far from the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Also, it had convenient access to library park. Plenty of food for breakfast including fresh fruit, eggs, hot waffles, pastries and grits. We were surprised by the garden too.

excellent 3-star experience. being within easy reach of seguin island and lighthouse and not far from green lion gallery. we liked the room.
